Shipping Policy

We ship NUGIRAY fragrances from our atelier in Guangzhou to addresses worldwide. Below are our shipping terms, rates, and delivery times.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (usually within 24-48 hours of dispatch). You can track your package at:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside China):

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery
DHL Express shipments typically use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms in select countries (USA, EU, UK, AU, JP, KR, CA), meaning duties may be prepaid by us and billed back — but local customs may still apply additional fees
We do not control customs processing times; please allow extra time during peak seasons

For US customers: Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from US import duties (de minimis threshold).

For EU customers: Orders shipped DDP will have VAT (typically 19-25%) collected at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to the following locations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations:

Countries under international sanctions
Some remote regions requiring special handling
P.O. Boxes (DHL requires street addresses; we suggest a business address or neighbor)

If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you within 48 hours and refund your payment in full.

Shipping Insurance

All orders include basic carrier insurance. For high-value orders (over $300), we automatically upgrade to full-value insurance at no additional cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the outer box and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery
Email hello@nugiray.com with your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

If your package is lost in transit:

Contact us after 7 business days past the latest estimated delivery date
We will file a carrier investigation and ship a replacement (or refund) once confirmed lost

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been packed and dispatched. Contact hello@nugiray.com immediately if you need to make a change.

Pre-Orders

For limited edition or pre-order products, estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. These are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you updated on any delays.
